God has put it on my heart to make sure no child is ignored or left behind. I was very shy when I was growing up in school so I went unnoticed. I never felt important enough to voice an opinion or myself. It took me a long time to get to the point where I could speak up for myself and find my passion. I have been drawn to young children since my mid-twenties.I love connecting with children and helping them discover themselves. It touches my heart to see a child light up when he or she accomplishes a new skill. If I was not working with children, I would volunteer with them. I try to understand each child's personality so I can connect with that child. I want to make them feel secure.I want to give each child the foundation they need to be all they can be. I want to help each child to reach their full potential and not let anything hold them back. I would like to be able to make a difference in a child's life. I believe every child should have the same chance to learn and be able to fulfill his or her potential. I feel very blessed that God has opened the door for me to work with the children at KidzRock. I hope I am able to keep noticing every child that God puts in my path. Each year is a new opportunity to touch a life
